Rep. Corry joins KLCK to discuss police reform and emergency powers legislation


Rep. Chris Corry, R-Yakima, tells KLCK about police reform bills moving forward as the Legislature approaches the policy committee cutoff deadline and the majority party attempts to fix issues Republicans warned them about last year.

Corry says his bill increasing legislative involvement in emergency powers is unlikely to continue through the House, but a Democrat-sponsored bill in the Senate bill is moving forward.
