Chris Corry, R-Yakima, delivers a powerful floor speech against House Bill 1268 which would do away with sentencing enhancements for involving a minor in a gang-related felony, and drug violations in protected zones. It also eliminates mandatory stacking of sentencing enhancements for crimes involving guns and deadly weapons.
