Rep. Chris Corry invites residents to join him for coffee on five-stop 14th District tour Oct. 26

On Thursday, October 26, Rep. Chris Corry will travel across the 14th District to meet with constituents ahead of the 2024 legislative session.

“Hearing from those I represent is a crucial part of my job as a state representative, but I know it can be challenging to visit Olympia during session or even come to my district office in Yakima other times of the year,” said Rep. Corry, R-Yakima. “My hope is, this tour across the district provides a convenient opportunity for all to meet with me face-to-face in a casual setting and share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas to help inform my work in the next session.”

The five-stop tour will begin in White Salmon, wrap up in Yakima, and include stops in Goldendale, Toppenish, and Selah along the way.

“From creating a fiscally responsible budget and improving our education system, to addressing the drug crisis and public safety and everything in between, I know there is much work to do in Olympia,” said Corry. I hope you can find time to come tell me what is most important to you.”
