Rep. Chris Corry tells KVI Radio Inslee’s plan to pump more money into shelters for the homeless continues Democrats’ failed policies on the issue


Rep. Chris Corry, House Republican budget leader, told KVI’s John Carlson that Gov. Jay Inslee’s plan to pump another $100 million into state shelters to house the homeless will be a further, expensive waste of taxpayer dollars. Corry, R-Yakima, says the governor and the Legislature should focus on making housing more affordable for Washingtonians, instead of spending millions of dollars to house a few hundred people.
