Rep. Chris Corry tells Yakima’s KIT Radio budget surplus should be returned to taxpayers, not spent on more, bigger government
House Republican Budget Leader Rep. Chris Corry, R-Yakima, says Gov. Jay Inslee should return excess state revenue to Washington taxpayers, instead of boosting spending by $3.8 billion.
