When the Democrat income tax bill (Senate Bill 6346) had a public hearing in the state Senate, it broke ALL records for public engagement. Over 61,000 citizens officially signed in to make their opinions known that they were OPPOSED to a state income tax levied against high earners! They know that a “millionaire tax” today, will be “all of us” tomorrow and that the Democrats are using this high threshold to get a foot in the door to a full blown state income tax for all Washingtonians.
The bill was passed out of committee and then passed the Senate with NO Republican support. It is now scheduled for a public hearing in the House Finance Committee on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 8:00 a.m.
As of yesterday morning, over 20,000 people have signed in to the House committee AGAINST the state income tax. You can join this movement by clicking here to register your opposition.

Here are some recent media stories about the Democrat’s income tax plan:

I urge you to let your voice be heard! It will only take a few moments of your time to submit written testimony or to simply officially register your opposition (or support if you are in favor of the bill).
Sincerely,

Chris Corry
